Create the right workspace for how you actually operate.

Rentol now supports two organisation types. Agencies get the full four-portal operating system. Self-managing landlords get a leaner three-portal setup without landlord provisioning overhead.

Agency
Full agency, landlord, tenant, and contractor workflow. MFA is mandatory for the first organisation admin.
Landlord
Agency, tenant, and contractor workflows only. The landlord is treated as the owner of the full portfolio, so there is no separate landlord portal to provision. MFA is recommended and can be enabled during setup or later.
What happens next
Step 1 creates a verification challenge, Step 2 verifies your email, Step 3 completes MFA where required, and Step 4 lands you inside the agency portal.
